Ave Maria offers assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing and medication administration, as well as a full array of services such as housekeeping, transportation, and activities. Through a formal evaluation, Ave Maria will develop a personalized plan of care to meet you or your loved one’s individual needs and desires.

ALZHEIMERS/
DEMENTIA CARE


With 15 studio apartments, St. Luke’s Cottage is decorated in a home-like environment to ensure residents with dementia and early to mid-stage Alzheimer’s disease feel safe and secure. Our program is designed to promote familiar schedules and surroundings while providing personal assistance with daily activities. We strive to provide an environment that is nurturing, supportive, and focused on maintaining the dignity of your loved one and through a formal evaluation; Ave Maria will develop a personalized plan of care to meet individual needs.

SKILLED REHABILITATION


Ave Maria offers seniors physical, occupational, and speech therapy in a holistic environment. The goal of our rehabilitation program is to return seniors to their previous level of functioning.

LONG-TERM NURSING CARE


Since 1956, Ave Maria has been providing long-term nursing care in a Christ-centered environment by meeting the spiritual and physical needs of men and women of all faiths and economic backgrounds.

In 2011, Ave Maria built four 7,500 square foot Green House® Homes. Each home provides private bedrooms and baths for 10 residents, a common hearth area, kitchen, and dining room, screened porch, as well as a landscaped garden and patio. Residents live in community as a family sharing meals, socializing, and participating in activities.
