Connie Dismukes

 

From her studio in Miramar beach, Fl, Connie travels far and wide to fulfill Fine Art commissions and to gather subject matter for coastal and seascape paintings. With a career spanning many years, her work can be found in public and private collections worldwide. Her original Fine Art consists of prolific abstract, coastal, and inspirational pieces, presenting new techniques called “Coastal Expression”, involving resins, oils, custom inks, incandescent, Mother of Pearl from oysters and mixed metals, including gold (14K), silver and copper.

Connie graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and is a certified Interior Designer and Staging and Design Specialist. In addition to working in the Interior Design Industry, she worked many years at FedEx Corporation in Air Operations and International Sales. She traveled extensively to many areas of Asia, Europe, and North and South America.

Prestige Coastal Art and Design was established in 2016 as more than just an Art Studio. Owner and founder Connie Dismukes envisioned a life creating original Fine Art and Interior Design offering a range of services to meet differing needs, budgets and scopes of work. Connie has immerse experience and is able to help clients navigate their options with ease. Whether it is just a few pieces of furniture, accessories, a piece of art or a whole house design, she can help throughout the process.

She was inspired to create an atmosphere of beauty, not only through soft, coastal inspired interiors but through uniquely inspired gift offerings and spiritually centered artwork, allowing clients to encounter something more. Living in this beautiful coastal landscape has inspired her signature style.
