Volunteering one’s time and talent is perhaps one of the most generous gifts a person can give of him or herself. Our residents love to meet new people and enjoy spending time with our volunteers.
Ave Maria offers individual and group volunteer opportunities for people of all ages -children, students, and adults. Volunteers can spend few hours a week assisting residents with social activities, leading a craft or art project, providing musical entertainment, or hosting monthly birthday or holiday parties. Volunteers are also needed to spend one-on-one time with residents, i.e. —talking and reminiscing, watching television, working a puzzle, or reading a book. Or you may consider joining Wings of Ave Maria, a Catholic women’s nonprofit organization that supports the Ave Maria Home through financial contributions and volunteer efforts.

Ave Maria would like to thank the many volunteers that have spent and continue to spend countless hours of their time to enrich the lives of our seniors.
