Ave Maria Home, in conjunction with our sister facility, St. Clare Health and Rehab, continues to monitor the always changing situation with COVID-19.  We continue to follow the recommendations from the CMS, the CDC and the Tennessee Department of Health.

Ave Maria and St. Clare Health are continuing to monitor our residents and staff on a daily basis based upon assistance and guidance we have received from the State Department of Health and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).  Ave Maria and St. Clare are still testing employees weekly.  Thresholds have been established for all counties in Tennessee and so we will continue to follow the guidance given to us from the regulatory authorities.

Wearing a mask, social distancing and hand sanitization have proven to be effective methods of preventing the spread of the virus.

Please be assured that our top priority remains the safety of our residents, family members and visitors. We will be following the CMS regulations in regards to safe visitation.  We are having limited visitation. Again family members will be limited to the number of visitors, how and what time is available.  A staff member will be present to ensure safety for all involved. You will be contacted by a staff member as to how our visitation will proceed. This visitation can be ended at any time based on the regulations we receive from CMS.  As we continue through the pandemic, please assist us in ensuring the safety of all involved as we attempt to slowly conduct visitations. No one is allowed entrance into any of the facilities.
