Dear Friends and Family Members:

I am writing to inform you that we have received notice that Frank Gattuso is resigning from his position as Chief Executive Officer of Ave Maria Home, effective November 30, 2022.

On behalf of the Governing Board of Ave Maria Home, the Ave Maria employees and volunteers, and the entire Ave Maria family, I wish to extend the greatest appreciation to Frank for his hard work and steadfast leadership over these last nearly 30 years of service.  Frank’s vision for the Home has resulted in the addition
of our Assisted Living, state-of the art nursing home care under the  Green House® Model, state-of-the art Rehabilitation Services, and even the addition of St. Clare Nursing Home, a small nursing home from an underserved community in Memphis.  Frank’s mission has always been to ensure that the elderly age in place
with dignity and receive the high-quality care and attention that everyone deserves.  To paraphrase Scripture—Well done, good and faithful servant. Matthew 25:21.   Our Blessed Mother is surely very pleased with his dedication.

Frank has expressed his intent to remain connected to the Ave Maria Home family and will continue to love and support Ave Maria Home.  And Ave Maria Home intends to reciprocate that love and support.    While we regret that he will be leaving his CEO position, we are pleased that he has left it in very competent hands.  All of us in the Ave Maria family are grateful for Frank’s years of service and commitment, and we wish him the very best of luck and many blessings in his next endeavors.
